客观来说，酒店服务态度还蛮热情的，从老板到前台到店长。
但我们去的时候因为东西寄存在东岭，所以在那下的车，打电话总台说让我们等五六分钟可以来接，结果过会老板又打来说“太远了”“会堵车”，以各种理由推脱，OK节假日能理解，我们自己打车去的酒店。
结果住进去以后，卫生间水池里还有头发，一拉窗帘跑出来一只虫子在床上（床是靠墙的）房间潮味什么的就不说了，上面两个都拍了照。
和老板（接待我们的好几个人，都不一样，就统称为老板吧）反应后立马给换了房间。
俗话说伸手不打笑面佛，我都不知道该不该生气了。
一句话，服务态度挺好，但希望环境卫生也能提高，真的，太糟糕了

离景区不远，老板人很热情，可以把车停在那里，然后步行去乘坐摆渡车，省去了很多麻烦！

.环境可以，离上山坐车处很近，老板车接车送，服务人员热情周到，房间干净，性价比很高！
