酒店在游客集散中心附近步行大概十分钟多点吧，位置很好，在上山的路上，有专用的免费停车场，服务态度很好，订的市挪威亲子房，一个大床一个小床，三个大人一个孩子挺宽敞的，就是一点不满意，定了亲子房的客人不用问都是超过两人入住的吧，可是酒店只提供两人免费早餐，多出的人大人38，孩子15，这太不合理了，之前住的酒店住的亲子房都是凭房卡有几个人免费几个人的早餐，床头触摸屏控制开关灯和窗帘挺方便的，就是那个音响，连接有些低端了，自己弄不了，还要工作人员来操作，还只支持腾讯视频和酷狗音乐，我怕麻烦，虽然工作人员有求必应，可我还是不喜欢什么事都麻烦别人，楼下就有超市，一楼就是餐厅，大堂里还有旅游的服务人员，都很贴心的，晚饭在餐厅吃的。臭鳜鱼还行，其他菜真心都不敢恭维，不知道是春节期间正经厨师都没上班还是怎么了。早餐品种还是挺多的，床品都是一股子干净的味道。大阳台很好，双层隔离的玻璃一点都听不到外界的噪音，还有就是水压超大。洗澡特别爽，总体非常满意！

酒店是新开的，设施齐全，特别干净，这也是我选择这里的原因。服务人员十分热情，有问必答，而且很乐意帮助人，我前一天把充电器忘在开元酒店，发现后用快递寄到了桔子酒店，因为我要上黄山，酒店前台帮助我收快递，为我解决了问题，非常感谢！上山有车送到中转车站，去宏村还可以请酒店帮忙拼车，一个人30，很便捷！好评！
