整体来说还不错吧，山庄很大，房间挺大，比较干净，标间的床还挺大。早餐一般。楼道比较湿滑，但也只是下了一点小雨。门口写的马钢，害的我导航转了一圈从后门进的，进来后发现很多幢房子，很多没有灯，好不容易找到前台，办好手续回来停车，刚下车劈了几次雷，瞬间预感不好了，客房是独立的一幢楼，没有前台和保安，室内的窗户锁断掉了，住着比较缺乏安全感。呵呵，白天看着还不错，比较幽静。

这是一间比较优秀的度假山庄。一是酒店对艺龙客人比较重视，安排房间较好；二是前台不仅非常热情而且服务水平高，平时前台邢经理及小冯、小汪、小张认真负责，有问必答、忙而不乱、业务熟练、井井有条等，整个体现这家山庄素质较高，待客真诚；三是客房服务员也非常热情好客，客房服务中规中距；四是保安服务好。
