差评!酒店前台涉嫌欺诈，在如住制造虚假信息，说是自己去换乘中心购买景区大巴票需要排3-4小时，在他们的所谓“散客中心”买车票则可以走快速通道云云，但要加18元保险费，15元手续费，6元帽子牌子工本费，而事实是，第二天进车站发现根本没有排长队，通过酒店买的车票也没有什么快速通道，甚至加了39元购买的昂贵车票所排的队比其他普通乘客的队还长，更坑爹的是，买了返程车票的游客只能去温泉中心取票并上车，如果下山走前山，出口在慈光阁，而温泉中心离慈光阁还有1.5km这对游完黄山的疲惫游客可是不短的距离，很多游客会选择自掏腰包在慈光阁再买一次票上车，而这一切在买票时是没作任何说明的。房间一般，晚上很吵。

感觉卫生超差，不推荐入住。花洒水压不够，而且边边的铁已掉了一大块，差点弄伤脸蛋，厕所有点堵，电话也坏了，床单等等不干净。
