他们家的大床房不能住，一个房间空调不制热，二个房间热水没有压力很小，几乎没有水出来，洗了第二天都感冒了，向他们反应前台有位长发女服务员跟本理都不理，这种服务员的素质不知道怎样培训出来的……，酒店对自己这样的设施和服务态度也不给客人一个交代。

酒店挺方便的，有地下停车场，停车场内有天润发超市，购物挺方便，因为是公寓，所以有厨房，可自己购物自己动手做饭菜！住的是高级套房，挺好，有两张大床，可住4人，酒店还提供早餐，但只提供双早，有些不满意！其他方便还行！

大堂挺好，小区很好，旁边有个大超市天润发还挺方便的，早餐也还行，就是房间太小。另外洗澡用电热不够方便，一个人洗完要等半个小时另一个人才能洗。

入住时安排的房间电热水器不能正常使用了，联系酒店方维修后，还是未果，后来进行了同房型调房处理。虽然有点儿折腾，但是还是很积极处理了。酒店位置很方便，环境很好。早餐也比较丰富。

房间的景色很好，窗外就是河景，卫生也不错，住的6号楼，一楼有自助洗衣房，是投币式的，5个硬币洗一次衣服，硬币可以去前台换，前台也有洗衣粉卖，而且距离超市很近，当地比较多天润发，从车库进去巨近便，虽然东西不太全，但是也基本可以满足旅途的需要了。酒店的早餐在前台所在楼的二楼，刷房卡吃饭的，比较方便，品种也还好，就餐环境也还行，收盘的服务人员很勤快。酒店的枕头可选择的比较多，客房打扫的服务人员也很不错。缺点的话，就是卫生间很小，对北方人来说，有点小压力啊。
