订的是亲子房，床两张，一张1.5米宽，一张1.2。房间非常干净整洁，房间设备多数是小米：电视，智能音箱，空气净化器。还有取暖设备。电扇，没有空调，因为山上非常凉快

服务非常棒！从进入酒店开始，所有工作人员都能热情的打招呼，办理入住和退房都特别快！还配备了管家，特别要夸一下管家蒋艳艳，加了微信，体贴周到，有问必答。问管家有没有泡脚桶，尽然真的拿来了！缓解了一天爬山的辛苦。亲子房全智能化，太惊讶了！山上酒店条件真好。第二天的早餐也非常丰富。总之体验非常棒。

第一次入住黄山白云宾馆，各方面都非常好，吃也不贵，自助餐很好，真是物美价廉，尤其管家李家敏服务很热心又周到，如果再来黄山肯定再住白云宾馆，给五星。
