可怕可怕，窗外竟是走廊，垃圾特别多，也不见清扫，床上还有血迹被盖住了，幸好是双床，睡了另一个床，地毯还有话梅核也就算了，特别臭，特别特别臭，我特意去超市买了一瓶花露水，，崩溃，听说这酒店是星级的，我也是没什么好说的了……

设施设备老旧，昨晚前台服务态度太烂！投诉前台，晚上前台不开灯，第一次去的人找都找不到在哪，凌晨去的，前台也不看订单信息，抬头就跟我说要过中午12点才能入住，明明定的晚上可以住的，都不查询，就让我别去了
