酒店位置距离黄山汤口换乘中心非常近，酒店郑经理等服务超好，热情的帮助我们做了行程规划。下山途中我们把背包遗忘在了景区大巴车上，当天晚上才发现丢失，告诉酒店后，酒店协助联系导游，在景区已经下班的情况下，成功的帮我们找到了乘坐的景区大巴，第二天退房，丢失的背包已经放在了酒店前台。必须为德馨酒店的服务点赞，为郑劲银经理和酒店所有服务人员点赞！！！

本来是不想评价的，但是这家酒店的行为太无耻了！！我必须要说，我自己没有评价订单却显示已评价，我只能追加，评价的内容根本就不是我打的！想来想去，就是一种可能，入住那天前台要了我的手机号码，并且酒店通过携程给我发了一个动态验证码，酒店前台要了我的验证码登陆了我的账号，自己给自己打了5分，这种行为实在是无耻至极！我这个订单可以评价是因为我临时加定了一晚又下了一个订单！不说酒店服务，条件如何，对于这种行为，严重侵害了我的利益，请问你们酒店所谓的这么高的评价都是这么来的吗？请大家入住这家酒店千万不要给前台手机号码！实在太过分了！大家可以看看酒店问答里不是一两个人在投诉我说的问题了，订这家酒店一定要慎重，不要被所谓的评价骗了！上图片
