服务一般，很奇葩的前台。因为是在路上用手机预定的两个房间，到店后告诉前台给我一个标间一个大床，尽然告诉我，订的什么就是什么，不能换，还是另一个前台说可以换。办理入住时，又让我先付房费，我也是醉了，第一次遇到还没入住就结房费的，还是另一个前台说不用结，付一部分押金就好。给的两个房间一个四楼，一个五楼，到五楼后，整个楼层漆黑，没有一个客人，也没有服务人员，只好又打电话到前台，才来了一个服务人员，又领到前台换到两楼。这服务能陪上四星吗？
