  前台服务热情， 日出装备齐备。 自助餐厅尚可， 遗忘物品帮寄。 总的来説，挺满意的，很难忘的一个元旦黄山之旅，酒店出来就是观看日出的绝佳位，光明顶去哪里都很方便，期待下次还来！

  不得不説光明顶山庄的位置得天独厚、绝非虚名，在房间里看日出的体验比外面观景台好太多了，不用早起抢位置不用风吹等待，主要是视角高度够，山岚、云海、日常、雾凇尽收眼底，非常推荐！和一路上遇到的其他酒店比起来，这个位置真的太无敌了，看日出绝对首选。 服务体验也不错，一方面进店有伴手礼和免费姜茶，尤其冬季爬山人真的一扫疲惫瞬间回血，小朋友也有免费蛋挞垫垫肚子；另一方面有专职管家引路入住，提醒服务设施和观景位置，并发布日出关键的时间、天气讯息，入住当天提醒即使登山，离店后还会询问是否平安下山，关怀并没有因为忙碌而缺位。 整体非常赞，强烈推荐！

  服务态度挺好的。酒店地理位置优越，第一天索道上来玩后山，晚上住光明顶，第二天继续玩前山。酒店本身的设施非常老旧了，在山顶只能将就一下了，虽然房费不便宜。
