周五晚八点半左右到的酒店，进入大堂接待小姐很热情。拿了房卡6308，进到房间发现比想像中小太多.层高很低且有很重的烟味。果断要求换房，还是不行。在我强烈要求退房后，领班请示了领导免费升级到标套房并赠送了早餐。总体评价满意，服务人员很热情，领班勇于作为，赞一个，但无奈于硬件设施欠缺。
