愤怒无法言表，图是我未满四岁的孩子在酒店摔伤流的血。。2017年4月22日，本人与家人一起携带幼儿至黄山市屯溪区黄龙大酒店住宿，我妻子在带幼儿洗澡时，因为该酒店未装备防滑垫，地砖该湿滑，致使不难四岁的幼儿滑摔在地，头部磕在锋利的挡水条上，后脑勺划破了三厘米的血口子，血流不止。我与妻子慌张将孩子包好下楼在酒店大厅，酒店的许姓老板只说了句附近有医院，仅仅指了个方向给我们。我们情急找来车辆，送往了医院。医院医生给孩子指了血，缝了针，做了CT说情况不明需要住院观察。我回到酒店帮妻儿拿衣物，被姓许的拦住说我们几个大人带不住一个小孩，还说我们在房间了做什么之类的云云，态度冷漠令人心寒。酒店设施落后无防滑措施致使幼童摔倒，父母家长本来就心如刀割，还被无良商家数落。该酒店的冷漠，定会食恶果。
