房间感觉又小又压抑，是阁楼改建的，窗户很小，根本看不到外面的马路，而且窗是假窗，窗外是塑料草坪和空调外机，根本没有照片上感觉那么好，窗帘后面一团糟，下午两，三点到的酒店，房间开灯还是很暗。
最让人无法接受的是，晚上10点多老公到酒店特产店买特产，然后看到来的客人可以谈价，房间谈下来的价格，比在携程订的便宜多了。
住店停车还要另外交停车费

据说是当地比较高星级的酒店了，酒店就在十字路口，交通便利，但是也是不太安静，菜肴还行，可以尝试，酒店也许年代比较久远，设施有点陈旧，但总体上还不错，总算是比较干净的！另携程赠送了上山的拐杖，感谢！

酒店图片打不开，入住后发现是个阁楼，真心感觉不值得，其实花点心思阁楼也能弄的很有特色，但！电视比较古老，有雪花，卫生间窗帘不能拉下来，有个灯不亮，水小的很！窗户不能关严实了！对面的房间就是双标，但价格不一样，住着有点低人一等的感觉

酒店位置不错，就在门口就可以乘坐到宏村的车，到黄山游客集散中心走路十分钟即可*酒店环境也很好，房间干净卫生，前台工作人员服务态度很好，耐心回答了我们很多关于交通的问题！很满意！

酒店设施一般,标注4星,实际达不到4星标准,电视还不是液晶的,但服务态度较好,住了两天,记得停车免费的,但离店要求交停车费,住酒店难到要另外加收停车费吗？收费的保安自己都说收费不合理,但为什么要收,早餐更加一般,还不如汉庭这些快捷酒店的早餐

房间在汤口地区算是大的，设施也还可以，早餐一般，餐厅一般。吃饭可以去KFC
