酒店设施一般，基本还行，但酒店服务人员的态度真需要改进，不配四星标准，客户在前台问询，头也不抬，照旧低头忙自己手上的活；早上退房提及房间空调最低只能调至28度，服务人员居然不理 连个解释也没有，整个过程没有笑容，还不如前一晚入住的三星宾馆！

酒店各方面都还行，配套有室外游泳池，小孩玩的很开心，但是。。但是明明订房间的时候标明送游泳池票两张去了就说没有，游泳池要另外收费30元，还有第二天订房订的商务间酒店说就是普通标间，联系了艺龙客服，最后给我换了商务间明显的提升一个档次，我想说你们这样对待客户真的好吗？假如不是小孩非要游泳真的不想再续住了
