为了赶早火车，11.27找了这家距火车站3百米店入住，写是步行5分钟，结果背着包包要走约20分钟，难道我们要飞过去？为何写没有参考意义的所谓直线距离？房间设备陈旧、没有洗澡穿的拖鞋、淋浴房没有门，只有半边玻璃，看得出来是另外半边可以移动的门坏掉了，上下两条槽残留着痕迹的，花洒只剩中间的头，水龙头开几分钟，出来的热水也只是温的，拿起电话想打服务台，发现没连电话线，无奈跑下去找，总台中年男眼睛不眨一下就谎称：酒店的淋浴房都是那样没有门的！至于热水放久一点就会热起来，然后拿起对讲机叫人去看房间电话线，等回到房间门口，服务员正在大动干戈的搬移两张床找电话线头，奇怪，平时做卫生都不会发现线掉了？对面房间的美女刚好也找服务员，于是很清楚的看到她那里淋浴房是有门的！水放了15分钟也只是温的，再打电话给总台，请他换房间，我怕老人家洗澡受凉了，又是不加思索地答：没房间了！我网上查一下，很明显相同房间有的！如此服务实属太差！东西旧点其实没关系，但不能这么睁着眼睛说瞎话！

很不愉快！带着我们家小宝的晚上有点冷空调温度升不起来！还有就是去的时候赶上别人办婚礼酒店没车位了保安让停路边我问了不会有事吧保安很保证的说没事停哪里好了！第二天一早收了一个违停！我想说最基本你保证没事要么就是和交警沟通过的可以让你们客人停的要么你就应该提醒客人说晚点有车位你停进去下！没有任何说法就说停那里没事的！
