帮朋友订的，说很不好，卫生很不干净，一家三口睡得都很不舒服，离店时丢了条裤子在房间，退房时竟然没人告知，以后不会再住。

无语了，被忽悠了三次，每次说派车接都放鸽子，一点都不厚道，早饭也没吃上，没说7：30结束，下来8点多，被告知没早饭，离换乘中心挺远，不划算

卫生条件一般，墙角竟然还有未打扫的套套，太恶心，订单上显示含双早，但酒店负责人说没有，找携程客服解决，携程态度很好，说第二天早餐可以正常使用，但是第二天我们八点去吃早餐，酒店说早餐已经结束了！明明是两天的房，第二天房间打不开，又下楼找总台解决，老板不是很热情那种
