订了6间全家春节出游 2间没有空调 大冬天的冷到没朋友，房间内电话都无法使用 酒店前台就回答一句话：对不起，没办法，询问艺龙，回答：酒店联系不能换房间，但可以补差价换其他酒店但是附近没有酒店要不你联系其他旅行社看看，让人心情爆差，投诉投诉投诉，艺龙客服还挂我电话态度非常差，需艺龙负责人联系我！！！

这家酒店位置很好，同一家酒店，我在其他网站预订未成功，而艺龙不但成功预订，还便宜，最后还能用艺龙送的红包。非常感谢艺龙。但是，这家酒店除了位置好，其他都不行，装修又旧又脏，空调像拖拉机，夜里实在吵的不能入睡，关掉空调，冻了一夜，生病中。

离老街灰常近，5分钟步行就到。我住的大床房在6楼靠路边，开窗能看到不少景色，就是天气不咋给力…… 3星的酒店，但装修什么的都是陈年的，有不少“历史”了。单人双人，只要对房间要求不太高，只是睡一晚，还是不错的。
