完全没有介绍的宏伟大气，最多算准三星的经济型酒店吧，房间地毯很脏，床单上有没有洗干净的黄色斑点，卫生间比较小，开了门转身都有点小困难，早餐很差劲，基本没什么能吃，居然连杯热茶或者牛奶都没，只有温开水一杯，离老街远的很，你要想靠两条腿走到那基本是不可能了，所以十几分钟的车程是必定要的，而且酒店周围没什么饭店什么的，最最最最有问题的是客房后面居然有条铁轨，一个小时左右就会有火车经过还鸣号，可想而知晚上的睡眠质量了，居然没有人提到过，关了窗声音还是响得要命好吗？单凭这点绝对不适合住啊，房价不便宜性价比差！不推荐！

酒店的硬件不错，性价比还不错。但很奇怪，这家酒店好象主要是接待团队，闹哄哄的，服务人员态度也不是很好。其实酒店的所有者可以好好经营，把酒店经营得更好一些。
至于很多人提到离车站近倒没觉得，因为来黄山爬完山后，这段距离也很遥远了。只能说价格和硬件是散客入住的最大优势。
前一天晚上在艺龙下单，结果马上网上扣款了，但艺龙一直给不了确认。带着孩子一直在汤口等待，在一再的催促下，艺龙客服在第2 天早上10点给了酒店确认，才坐上去屯溪的车。如果只是预订没扣款的话，也就不需要等待这么久了。总体说来，艺龙服务不错，定酒店是个优势。
