酒店风景不错，但是空调效果太差，热水也就一个电热水器，带着孩子根本洗不了。不推荐冬天去，，天暖和点还差不多。

非常好的住店体验！春节期间订的林间房居然给升级到了湖景房，美丽的太平湖尽收眼底，60平米大房住一家三口一点问题没有，途家真是超值体验！

感谢范兴（音译）同志的优质服务让我老父母亲冻了一个小时，解释是还有客人冻了二个小时了所以...然后...算了，亲们新春好，坏心情都走开。
酒店管理人员好心说一句，你们比楼下五星差的最大的是服务，虽然是软件不过让自己父母冻一个小时希望是一个永远不会再发生的噩梦！
