很差！服务员态度是非常恶劣的！
看到是在艺龙预订的散客，就会故意晾在一边不爱理！而且喜欢耍客人，让你来回跑！退房也是，插队的人继续住，就优先插队。房卡忘房间也是，楼层服务员说新来不懂怎么办！
坦白说还不如小旅馆的服务，这酒店好像机关混的烂人，能有很多方法破坏你的心情。
跟团游可以去住，散客别去受气了。

酒店整天不错，就是去的时候可能是节假日车子没得停，电梯要等半小时才能坐上，电梯配置太少，房间隔音效果差，建议改进
