挂牌四星的，其实摘掉2颗星还差不多，没有中央空调，挂式空调也不停罢工，早上起来都感冒，棉被、毛巾、浴巾估计已经都用了几年了，艺龙合作的酒店应该去核实一下，这样的四星酒店实在太烂了！！！

太差了，被子都是潮的，门锁都坏的，房间味道都是霉味，还是大酒店，没有能力做特价，就不要做特价，我们也不会选择你们的。

酒店还好，订的房间没有了还给免费升级，最不好的是早餐服务员，态度恶劣，我们明明是订的双份早餐，服务员说我们是不含早餐的，我们解释说订的是含早餐的，服务员不依不饶在餐厅里大声嚷嚷跟着我们要我们付每人30元，弄得整个餐厅人都以为我们来白吃似的，最后我们把手机信息给总台看了，竟然没有一声道歉，好好的一次旅游，心情完全给弄糟了。而且早餐那么差竟然要30元。
