前台客服故意拖，不愿意接。态度好无理取闹，欺骗客服要什么传真确认。等了30分钟后根本就不需要传真。非常生气?

一进房间发现卫生间排气扇是坏的，打电话报修，先是维修工不在，后说修不了，排风扇电机没有，可想而知，卫生间没有排风扇是什么感觉了！
