服务很热情，一楼大厅就有餐厅，很方便。卫生也还行。住了两晚，隔音差，隔壁孩子说话的声音也能听到，另外洗澡水比较小，不是很热，大冬天不敢洗澡。

春节期间的家庭三人间不好预订，房价上涨。不过全家能有机会凑一起爬山，黄山景美，一切都值了。酒店有餐厅，下山后就餐方便。往返景区的班车也很快捷。
