酒店挺好，景点也很好，需要吐槽的是黄山火车站，真是太垃圾了，服务一级差，进站的队排了几十米，就来一个安检口，让急着进站的人怎么办。

房间整体还不错，但是有个别前台服务态度极差，住了两天走的时候很渴问问还能给两瓶水吗，你不给让我们去商店买可以理解，背地里却说了句“太搞笑了走了还要水！”。这是景区宾馆应有的服务态度吗？

酒店位置不错，就在汤口镇上，旁边什么都有卖的，前台的美女很亲切也很热情，就是房里的有好多蚂蚁，买的蛋糕被蚂蚁包围了，热水不稳定，忽冷忽热，总体还是很满意的
