帮朋友预订的，房间很好，但是工作人员**，1.我在艺龙网预订的价格，他们私自更改(更改后价格当然低于艺龙价格)，导致不能返现！！！2.入住两天，但发票只有总价，没有单价，导致不能报销(价格超标)，后来去找酒店，酒店无法解决
