设施老旧 花洒、挂钩坏了、没有人维修！马桶有污垢 没有洗干净，都不敢座！床单破旧，浴衣床单枕头泛黄！风景很好，25楼能看到磁湖全景，但是玻璃很脏，而且开关的脚链坏掉了。大堂很拥挤 杂七杂八的都有，电梯很脏。工作人员服务还行，三星的标准吧，预授权和房费竟然要两个刷卡机？唯一感觉比较好的是大堂外有人指挥停车！希望改进！
