硬件设施一般，有个观湖的阳台还是不错的，这是我唯一欣慰的地方，但阳台墙体都裂了也有很重的水印，看起来很不美观。房间不大，卫生间也比较小，这些我都觉得还可以接受。但最让我气愤的是，我带一个三岁多的小孩入住开房前咨询过前台第二天早餐小孩是否要收费，前台看了一下小孩比较小，告诉我早餐不用再加钱了。结果第二天早上去用餐时负责收早餐券的服务员要求我补小孩子的早餐钱，我和服务员说明，昨天入住前咨询过前台说不需要的，怎么现在又要收？！结果服务员在餐厅当着那么多用早餐的客人面，很大声音用对讲机和前台争论，说什么内部开会不是刚刚说了小孩子要收费吗，你们怎么说不收费，前台说没和客人说过，我也是醉了，这意思是我为了少你这10块钱故意撒谎的吗？！说实话我当时非常气愤，如果不是带着小孩我非要把这事和他们扯情楚。这种服务员的素质实在太差了，当着这么多客人的面这样处理合适吗？这个貌似餐饮部经理的人经过基本的服务培训吗？4星是怎么评的？？！！另外早餐和住宿居然不在一栋楼，吃个早餐还要下楼到另外一栋楼的二楼，也是够奇葩的！说实话，这种酒店公司开开会什么的还将就，自己或带家人住就不推荐了，服务的确不怎么样！难怪评分低！
