非常不好，不推荐单人间，墙纸都翘起来了，天花上都是霉，设备老化得厉害，隔音效果也要加强

房间墙面发霉，周围环境还不错，比较安静，离市中心比较近，房间里面要好好装修一下了，卫生间设备也比较马虎！建议改进！

海观山宾馆曾经是黄石的一块牌子，我从小在黄石生活了近二十年，一直认为海观山宾馆是最好的。这次回黄石，带老婆和她爸妈一家入住，原本希望能体验一下，但很失望，可能我定的是特价房，所以房间里的设施也都是特价的，房间里霉味很大，墙上和地板角全是霉斑，还有的地板是完全腐烂的，本来是准备住三个晚上的，但实在是受不了，原本想加点钱换个好一点的房间，但老婆父母也不愿意再继续住下去了。宾馆方面应该有一些改进措施，再装修一下，黄石现在也有很多高档酒店，不是没有人住，只要档次、设施和服务上去，海观山还是会再成为黄石第一的。
