酒店不提供发票；预定豪华单床给安排到最里一个房间，要拐几个弯弯，能把人转晕；房间吹风机也没有，退房时还说房间吹风机怎么没了，退房前刚冲的澡头发都没有吹，我说你看不见啊，还说我拿了吹风机，过分，过分。
