商家极不诚信，在网上订完不能撤销，等去住时，已经没房间了，被告之房间给了别人，没房间，后来在我们的反对声中给安排了仅剩的一间没人住的，味道极大，我爱人气得不想住，但是天太晚了就只能住在那里了，晚上开了一晚上的窗户也没把味放出去，商家对这事居然没反应，也不想倒欠。说句公道话，这山庄外表还是不错的，中国四合院的结构形式，但是由于是平房，房间极潮，有很浓的霉味，热水也是放了半天才出稍有点温度的水，用来洗澡根本就不可能。早餐特贵。总之，劝预订的游客尽量不要订这样的山庄，住着不舒服。

山庄里的环境很好，就是步行登山有点麻烦，也没有车可以做只能打的！不过住宿条件也挺不错，唯一不足的就是热水不是24小时的！

房间超级一般，很多基本设施都是坏的，床单也不干净，墙面掉皮严重，不过早上开门还是挺震撼的，开门见华山，威武，酒店一般。
