酒店服务不错，说好有车到车站接，到站后突下大雨看到酒店发来的短信说接客人的车出故障了，让我们打车到酒店后车费报销，这雨天可不好打车，酒店最后派了3辆车过来接我们12人，还带了雨伞过来。到酒店后免费给我们登山的手套和地图并详细的讲解。接我们的车其中一辆还是奥迪A6，估计是酒店员工为了不耽误我们的时间私车公用了，赞一个！我们可是预付了房费的客人。酒店确实讲信誉。卫生服务都不错，推窗能见华山。下次去华山还选它入住。

景区的酒店要求不能太高，大堂很破旧，建议自带毛巾，关键有一点，不肯延迟退房，12点一过就要多收房费，我因为要给孩子睡午觉，到2点退房，收了我100块
