酒店很新 房间大，看样子是华山当地土豪投资建设的。随意服务管理方面和品牌酒店还是有差距的。晚上想给爱踢被子的小朋友加一床被子，结果前台说每个房间限量两床被子，不给加。如果加被子费用要100元。我怒了，吼回去：我又不吃了你的被子，只是借用一下！前台见我不好骗，又说：那你不可以把杯子铺在地上睡。我问：你会让你家孩子睡地板吗？几经讨价还价，才勉强给我送来了一床被子，居然还有很重的消毒水气味。看来，人家的被子的确是干净的，消过毒啊。呵呵。。。

超级差评 酒店环境还可以 但是酒店帮忙订票服务简直差到极点 预定时候告诉我说山上会下雨 帮忙带雨衣 每人十元钱 如果不下雨会退给我们 果真没下雨 雨衣也没收到 可是钱又不退了 告诉我们买保险了 要保险票据也没有 身为国际酒店这样欺骗客人 不应该吧
