酒店前台人员非常不错，热情，会帮客人提供攀登华山的建议，也会帮客人解决购票问题，酒店前台为酒店增色不少。停车方便。门口购物方便。性价比不错，对得起这个价钱。缺点没有电梯。

酒店位置就在华山脚下，风景很漂亮，离华山景区入口非常近，也可以直接在酒店购票，很方便！
店内卫生干净，就是有点陈旧，不过不影响住宿，有停车场，停车很方便

前台态度好，有问必答，咨询景点的是还替个人出谋划策，但是酒店的环境和卫生，我真不敢恭维，但是就一晚，对付一下毕竟位置好，还能停车！

旅店离徒步上华山的入口十五到二十分钟左右，很方便。附近饭店超市也方便。设施旧，卫生一般，因为有团，所以不是很安静。总体如果要求不高，还是可以接受的。
