特价房的房间特别小不到感觉也就7,8平米， 根本没有30平米， 床只有1.2 m宽，而且wifi的信号特别差几乎没有什么信号，根本不能用，电视机的节目也很少，有很多雪花，热水壶接触也不良，也就只有热水足一点。不太满意！
