前台收费脸色极差，不知是不是和女朋友吵架了？？服务员2B的敲了门直接刷卡进房间，完全不管客人在房间正在干嘛。作为一个星级酒店，卖的就是服务。但是这服务水平，真不知道是内蒙都这样，还是这家如此。
