非常赞的酒店！首先位置就在市中心，去哪都方便！第一次去呼和浩特，预订时就是关注位置，没太大期待，但是到了酒店很惊艳，没想到这个酒店从设计，配饰，服务都提现了内蒙古文化特色！服务人员很专业，客房温馨，还配备了内蒙特色茶叶，很周到。酒店整体给人感觉很老香格里拉酒店的感觉！体验很好

酒店早餐非常好值得吃，大使服务热情，酒店装修风格很不错有地方特色，前台休息椅子是成吉思汗电视剧里的道具，马头琴是大师赠送的。房间里有茶具有加湿器，对南方人很友好。

房间的确小；
设施也老了些；
早餐就是正常水平，谈不上丰盛，连咖啡都只有速溶；
10月5日傍晚5:00左右的前台业务不熟练，我们前面就两个房间办理入住，前台4个人就忙活了十几分钟个个呆若木鸡状，更别提有什么热情服务了。

酒店外观有气势。高大上。大堂通道墙上有蒙古族日常活动的画作。很生动。一楼餐厅食物美味。所住的银色大床房简洁，干净。很舒服。前台服务员穿着有蒙古族特色。服务周到——可以存行李（退房后）。帮忙提行李。酒店房间内免费提供本地一种茶，叫黄金茶。好喝——淡淡甜味。可消食。特地通过前台买了些带回家。酒店外，有很多停车位。
