住了两条，第一天洗完洗到一般没热水，等了两个小时才恢复；第二天从晚上7点开始停水，没法洗漱直接就睡了，早上起来才有水。两次遭遇打了无数电话询问原因，总台每次回答都不一样，甚至还说“你投诉也没办法，就是没水”。头一次在准四星酒店受到这样的待遇！
