这家连锁酒店的服务真是太好了！真诚不做作，体贴入微。昨天入住后发现客房打扫后没有放置毛巾，给前台打电话，马上服务员过来道歉，客房经理还送来一条面巾纸表示道歉，看见我在洗衣服，告诉我把衣服放在那里就行，他们会帮着洗。我都不好意思了。可惜连锁店太少！要是包头，鄂尔多斯，海拉尔都有这家店，我肯定一路住这。

这里的服务太好了，确实是让人感觉宾至如归，热情不虚假，感谢酒店的服务！刚到宾馆门口，门卫就热情的帮我拿行李，在前台办入住手续时，看到工作人员帮退房的客人拿行李，还提醒客人遗留了物品在房间。办完手续，服务员帮着把行李送到房间。刚下飞机，没有打火机，服务人员有去楼下帮我拿了一个打火机送上来。服务做的太好了！
