1、酒店周边环境很不错，酒店后面有体育场和公园，在房间可以观赏公园美景；2、酒店设施齐全，有健身房、游泳池、行政酒廊和商业配套项目，闲暇时有很享用喜爱的项目；3、酒店服务很热情，入住门童一直把行李送到房间，大堂经理也特别好、微笑服务，还询问客人的需求及酒店的服务等，特别感谢大堂为我叫出租车，太忙没来得及拍照片，下次入住补上

每次到呼和浩特必住的酒店，先说一下卫生情况，必须给五分好评，床单、地毯、卫生间都很满意，明亮的房间颜色也是我喜欢的，加上窗外明媚的阳光，让整个人心情都跟着亮起来了，周边环境也不错，有很多特色小吃，交通也很方便；酒店设施也不错，这次还贴心地发现了加湿器，对于北方城市来说，有这个真的好多了，不知道是不是心里作用，总之有了这个就觉得设施比较完善了，这次特别要说一下的是前台的两位小姐姐，一位叫郭榕，一位叫王甜甜，真的是人如其名，看见她们的甜甜的笑榕就让人觉得如沐春风，非常贴心、大方得体、热情周到！本人其实非常懒的点评，但这次两位小姐姐真的有感动到我，让我必须觉得留下点字才能对得起她们的服务，也是因为她们让我对香格里拉酒店的印象又加深了！觉得酒店也有温度了！总之，香格里拉，好评！

住过很多城市的香格里拉酒店，呼市是最好的设施齐全、还有迎宾水果小食？服务体贴周到，最让我惊奇的是延迟退房到18:00，对于前台服务人员提出，William Wang 及其经理服务点赞👍！

首次入住呼市香格里拉 季节原因吧房价性价比很高 前台乌雅罕小姐美丽大方 应该是蒙古族吧 很热情周到 免费升级到行政房 不错的体验
