跟團旅行,提前一天到的,因為旅行團住這家所以自己也訂了這家.第一次安排給了11樓,好像是1112房間,但洗手間味道真的很大.而且廁所地磚很黃,然後致電服務台說換房間,說讓同事上來看看,服務員說清潔一下,但我兩晚都住同一間房,我還是堅持換房.最後服務人員都很好的給我換了8樓的無菸房
