前天晚上买了4份早餐，早上去了餐厅，告诉我买了一份，需要和前台沟通，让客人在餐厅门口外面等，这也就算了，吃完早点回来后洗澡，淋浴只有冷水没热水，打客服电话，客服说通知工程部的人来维修，迟迟等了半个多小时都没人来，再打，居然是还没通知工程部呢，来这五星酒店，除了等就是等，时间都浪费在等上了，在西安也是住的希尔顿，感觉同样不好，最差的五星酒店体验，管理混乱，服务意识有待提高，以后同等的五星酒店，再不会选择希尔顿

完全没有五星级酒店的体验，停车的时候没人管，浴缸也不是很干净，五星级酒店不应该是帮客人想办法解决问题吗，要个扎头发的东西，客房只会说抱歉没有，真心没有五星级酒店的体验，还不如四星级酒店的服务。
