非常差的入住体验，十分不推荐。打着星程的招牌，服务不如普通快捷酒店。洗澡热水是黄色的，前台态度好像你欠她钱一样，退房一点不能延迟，否则加收半天房费。以后再也不会来住了。刚开业两个月服务就这么差，不知道还能撑多久？
