酒店大堂一般，但酒店房间不错，特别值得一提的是酒店服务很棒。酒店对面就是蒙古大营，去吃饭看表演很方便！

酒店优秀的超出想象！首先，从大堂到工程部，我接触的每一位酒店员工都非常职业，礼貌待人，业务熟练，对客人要求响应迅速，宾至如归之感！其次，定的商务大床房，房间非常整洁，设施先进且人性化，床舒适，卫生间干净，浴缸，马桶，淋浴都是隔开的，窗外是蒙古大营，虽然天气原因看不到不远处的赛马场，但周边比较安静，环境也不错。值得大大称赞的酒店，下次有机会来呼市，第一选择还是包钢海德酒店的！
