来的时候，说携程预订了，然后前台黑着脸告诉我没房，问我短信呢，我给她看了，她说不对，然后我把app订单给她看了，她说不行，要带链接的短信。我生气了，说我们钱都付了，如果没房的话，我们要找携程算账，携程找你算账，并且我们是Xx部xx局xx所的员工，才给开了房。难道所有人都要这样才能入住。你们生意好就可以这样，可以投诉不？
