  酒店房间很大，非常干净整洁，床也舒服，唯一不足的地方早餐有点差，服务员态度也不错，希望早餐能有改进。

  前台服务人员很好，给大家看一下餐饮部的服务人员，事情的经过：早上因为要去响沙湾玩，6：30打电话问前台早餐几点开始，答复7点。7点准时下楼到达餐厅，询问工作人员，因为赶时间，而且带幼儿，能不能拿3个蛋，3块小玉米，3快小面包，服务人员确定可以，并且给了3个袋子，准备拿走后，从厨房冲出2名工作人员，并开始在餐厅破口大骂！因为急着去出去玩，没有等待酒店方面的处理，事情处理2天的结果是，当天白天没接到任何电话，晚上回去再跟前台确认，送了一份水果，隔天退房电话说了几句抱歉！

  呼和浩特最暖心的酒店，这几年出差到呼市大大小小酒店也都住过，高仕第可谓是性价比之最，早餐都超级合我胃口，样式不多但各个是经典，尤其红枣发糕太好吃了每次至少吃2块，接下来要讲一件暖心的事，2019年4月14日10楼的保洁阿姨，不知道您是哪位，但是真的非常让我感动，出门时刚好碰到两位保洁员，请她们帮我打扫房间，不知是哪位将我放在洗手台的袜子帮我洗了晾好，晚上回来看到瞬间觉得很感动，由于退房匆忙，没能来得及给您写感谢信，请酒店工作人员看到一定帮我转告领导，默默做事的人不应该被忽略，也真心的谢谢您。
