从前台开始服务超级差 自己工作出了失误，不仅不道歉还嬉笑玩闹！大厅经理态度也特别差，不及时纠正员工！退房时还看到跟其它住户有争执，这种酒店不知还能持续多久！！服务不是一般的差劲！！
