真心的不咋的，刚到房间的时候里面毛巾被套床单都还是别人用过的，只是重新叠一下，一件都没换，大家去住的时候要注意了！！！走的时候发票又不能开，开个破收据，报销都报不了。。唉，再不去这家住了

结帐当日不给开发票，后要求邮寄，要客人出邮寄费用，前台姓陈的后说是当日有发票是我没开，我这还有他们欠开票凭证睁眼说瞎话了的，为寄个发票我打了三次长途，陈气焰嚣张，我说找经理，她称经理不在，出差的千万别住，还不够生气的呢

2013年11月19日，前台陈小姐服务意识太差，是不是经理的亲属，气焰嚣张，我每年出差住几十家酒店，她真是前所未有的，强烈不推荐入住，没发票

酒店结帐时开不出发票，后提出邮寄还不行，要我付邮费，打了好多次长途通过艺龙都来回变挂，前台李小姐跟艺龙说能寄，到我再打又不能寄了，还告诉我结帐当天有发票，现在还没解决，投诉，上消协投诉去
