不知道是你们艺龙的问题还是商家的问题，明明预付了207，商家说艺龙没打过电话确认，说艺龙没订单。，他们也没收到207返款。前台服务差。我上艺龙预付订房，都是正常程序，整的就和我弄错了似的。退个房退了半小时。还挺不情愿。

这个酒店性价比还是挺高的，但最近两次住店结账开发票却很不愉快，上个月24号和本月30号左右，均号称因为到月底了不能开税控发票，说是让留下地址下个月邮寄，还说什么到时可以在发票写明当时住店的日期并盖章，要不就是给手撕发票或给别店的餐饮票。喂喂老板，你考虑过没有？现在纪委、审计、财务查得多严，难道你非让我们犯错误不成？其实大家心里都明白你是为了什么，但你也不能把麻烦推给宾客呀，这样子下次谁还敢到贵店投宿？不要捡了芝麻丢了西瓜呀。
