我已经向315消费者协会投诉了，这个酒店的前台因为自己的私人问题，不知道什么身份的人在大厅里对办理入住的客人进行无理由挑衅，威胁。而且，发生这种情况，没有保安，而且前台的服务人员并没有进行有效的处理，而是站在柜台里无动于衷，首先你是个工作人员，而且挑事着还追出酒店，威胁。
