订的预付，到店后服务员坚持他们没有预付，最后和艺龙客服沟通了1个小时才解决。前台都是大妈级的，什么都不懂，浪费时间！房间相当不隔音，下午服务员就站在门口闲聊没完，晚上隔壁有人喝多总敲门完全没休息好！

酒店位置不错，进出市区都比较快捷，特别是周围饭店比较多，生活很方便。br值得提出的是酒店服务很好。由于电脑系统问题我的住宿发票离店时没能开具，过后给我寄到家里。很讲诚信的。
